Trump Rally

President Donald Trump waves to the crowd at his last campaign rally in Greenville, on July 18, 2019.

President Donald Trump will come to Greenville, North Carolina Thursday at 1 p.m. as part of a Make America Great Again Rally at the Pitt-Greenville Airport.

Trump last came to Greenville on Jul. 18, 2019 where the audience of 8,000 began to chant “send her back,” in reference to Representative Ilhan Omar, a woman who Trump repeatedly criticized at the rally.

Those who would like to be in attendance for the rally must understand the potential exposure to COVID-19, according to Trump’s official campaign website.

“By registering for this event, you understand and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present,” the website said. “In attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release and discharge Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.”

More information on the event can be found under the events section on the official campaign website.
