The Greenville Police Department headquarters is located at 500 S. Greene Street downtown.

Greenville Police Department is investigating a shooting last night at 33 East Apartments which left one person injured.

At around 10 p.m., GPD responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 33 East at 3305 E. 10th Street. Later, it was reported that 19-year-old Niigel Tramber had arrived at Vidant Medical Center with a non-life threatening shot to his leg.

A preliminary investigation revealed Tramber was visiting friends at 33 East. Tramber said he was speaking to two males in the back of the complex when they displayed a gun and robbed him of his phone and wallet. When Tramber ran away, the suspects reportedly shot him in the leg.

The suspects are described as two black males, both 18-20 years old. One of the suspects had a low fade haircut and was wearing all dark clothing. The other suspect is described as a black male with medium-length dreadlocks.
